Jennifer was an extremely proactive, kind, understanding, and responsive host. She had so many great recommendations for restaurants to check out and things to do, which really improved our stay! I was here with some of my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party right before my wedding up north and the villa did not disappoint for an incredibly memorable time with my girls! The infinity pool was definitely a nice, relaxing feature for the moments we were too tired to go into town. I will never forget my amazing bachelorette trip in this incredible space!

La casa de Jennifer es mejor aún que las fotos, excelente ubicación y de fácil acceso a todos los lugares, se puede ir caminando a restaurante y la playa, la casa es perfecta con todo lo necesario para tener una estadía perfecta, totalmente equipada el mobiliario de la cocina y en general todo está en perfectas condiciones, la piscina y jacuzzi y área de terraza y BBQ perfectos para compartir, la respuesta de Jennifer y de su Host es excelente rápida y oportuna.

Jennifer and her team has been one of the best experiences ive had in Airbnb. Extremely responsive, friendly, and very thoughtful. My friend was really sick the day we were leaving, and she was very understanding of our late checkout. The house was actually PERFECT! We all wanted to stay and live there. Not small but not too big, perfect amount of rooms and perfect amount of living space. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi as hot as you want a jacuzzi to be and the temperature was really easy to manage. We used all the amenities: outside shower, speaker, grill, hammocks, beach chairs, kitchen, tv and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for a great few days that left us with the best memories and need to come back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Rocky Point. The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and patio area! The beach, resturants and grocery store were a short 10-15min walk from the property and we appreciated all of the fantastic recommendations Jennifer provided as well as the fast response time with any questions we had.

The house/casita was a stunning property and the perfect size for our large group of 4 families. Jennifer and Gaby were so helpful with questions and assistance with any issues that arose. 10/10 -- we hope to be back!

This house is in a great, quiet neighborhood close to Bodhi Tree for amazing yoga and workout facilities and Organico market and bakery for healthy groceries and great breakfast/lunch. Highly recommend using Jennifer’s concierge services as every restaurant she booked was 100. Only complaint was that our stay was too short. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s! Group of 12 that the place accommodated wonderfully. The pool and outdoor area is perfect. The kitchen and living room were great to enjoy with a large group. We will be back!

We had a group of 12 and were well accommodated in this beautiful, new home. The yoga deck upstairs with a view was an amazing bonus! House is spotless with a well-stocked kitchen. And the host is kind and accommodating . House is large with many outdoor decks and super comfortable. Great for a retreat or for a family celebration.

Jennifer’s Casita was great for our family of 5. We were walking distance to restaurants, town and the beach. Also easy access to the trail system. Jennifer was the consummate host — letting us know about cool happenings around and also helping us think of ideas to do during our stay. We had cleaners come twice and the straightened up the place and freshened the towels, which was awesome. It was great having a washer and dryer during our weeklong stay too. We got a tour of her larger home as well — which if we had been a bigger group would have been amazing. All in all, beautifully designed setup! We’ll definitely be back if we find ourselves in this part of the world again! Thanks for all the tips and guidance!
