We had a group of 12 and were well accommodated in this beautiful, new home. The yoga deck upstairs with a view was an amazing bonus! House is spotless with a well-stocked kitchen. And the host is kind and accommodating . House is large with many outdoor decks and super comfortable. Great for a retreat or for a family celebration.

Jennifer’s Casita was great for our family of 5. We were walking distance to restaurants, town and the beach. Also easy access to the trail system. Jennifer was the consummate host — letting us know about cool happenings around and also helping us think of ideas to do during our stay. We had cleaners come twice and the straightened up the place and freshened the towels, which was awesome. It was great having a washer and dryer during our weeklong stay too. We got a tour of her larger home as well — which if we had been a bigger group would have been amazing. All in all, beautifully designed setup! We’ll definitely be back if we find ourselves in this part of the world again! Thanks for all the tips and guidance!

A true 5 star stay: the house is well layed out and nicely furnished. It was equipped with everything we might have needed and the location is close to everything but private enough. To top it all off, Jennifer is a great host and provided us with some great local recommendations.

Outstanding stay, made exceptional by Jennifer Our stay at this beach house in Nosara was absolutely wonderful, and while the home itself was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs, the true highlight of this experience was Jennifer. From the very beginning, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, supported, and completely taken care of. Her communication was warm, prompt, and thoughtful, and she genuinely cared about making our trip special. Any question we had, any need that came up, she was already one step ahead. We just finished a 7 night stay at Casa Pipeline with 3 families. In total there were 6 adults and 8 kids. The house was stunning and easily accommodated our group. Both the kids and the adults enjoyed the pool, the yoga studio and the property in general. This is a great location easily walkable to the beach and town. Playa Guiones has to be one the best beaches for surfing and swimming, and for all to enjoy, and it’s a short walk from the house. Jennifer was an excellent host, always responsive and being proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. We all agreed we would love to stay again!

Nice place, very quiet and private. Within walking distance of just about everything. The host is very helpful for people unfamiliar with nosara. They are easily reachable for any questions and fast acting for any issues with the property that may arise.

Jennifer was an incredibly flexible and responsive host, and she made our last-minute booking very easy. The home was spotless and very comfortable for our weeklong stay. The pool was fantastic, the AC worked perfectly, and the location was ideal - close enough to walk into town but tucked away in a quieter area. Everything was clearly well taken care of. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Jennifer's place -- our family of four (two little ones and my husband and I) had a great time. The pool is perfectly located, with views of the trees for bird watching and monkey spotting. We loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the house, it had everything we needed. Walkable to the beach, but we still had a buggy for getting to different areas of Nosara. Jennifer was great to connect with on anything local, or questions we had about the house (there we not many as it was in great shape and working order). Four large bedrooms with ensuites was larger than we needed but would be great if we had another couple join us - super spacious! Thanks for the lovely trip, again, we had a fantastic time and are thankful to have booked this house.
