Pool Safety • No jumping or diving from the 2nd-floor balcony into the pool (strictly prohibited). • Pool use is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Security • Please set the alarm whenever you leave the house and before going to sleep at night. • Use bedroom safes for valuables such as passports, electronics, and cash. Events & Gatherings • No parties or events unless pre-approved by the host. Smoking • No smoking indoors. • Do not smoke near outdoor furniture. Damage from burns will be charged to the guest. Water Conservation • Water is scarce in Nosara and the local ASADA may shut it off during the dry season to conserve supply. Please take quick showers and help conserve water during your stay.
